Sacred Texts

The Quranic texts and Hadith collections available through our Service are sacred Islamic texts. While the texts themselves are not subject to copyright, our translations, compilations, and presentations may be. Users must treat these texts with appropriate respect and dignity.

6. User Accounts

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Religious Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy in presenting Quranic and Hadith texts, we make no warranties regarding the religious accuracy or completeness of search results. Users should verify important religious matters with qualified scholars.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KALIMAT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Cost of procurement of substitute goods or services
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
